Hair mask:Â Make a paste of the powder and apply it on your hair, till the roots, like a hair mask. Wash it off after 30 to 40 minutes. Repeat twice a week for best results.
Hair Tonic:Â Take 3 - 4 tablespoons of fenugreek powder and mix this with 5 tablespoons of warm coconut oil. Massage this mixture over the scalp and apply the remaining to the lengths of your hair. Leave it for 2 hours then wash away with warm water.
External Application On Skin:Â Prepare a mixture of fenugreek powder, water, milk, yogurt, or honey. You can also add coconut oil and other protein-packed ingredients to the mask. Apply it directly to your skin and let it sit for 10 minutes. Wash it with lukewarm water and gently pat the skin dry.
