Its other ingredients include cow ghee, milk, and sugar candy, which are heated to a semi-solid mass after which pepper, cardamom, Cinnamomum Tamala, Embelia Ribes, Operculina Turpethum, Haritaki, Vibhitaki and Amla, Mesua ferrea, Cyperus Rotundus, and Lauha bhasma are added to it.
