Directions To Use:
Best used early in the morning, preferably before sunrise. Warm the oil then massage the entire body and scalp with gentle but firm strokes. Leave for up to an hour before bath for maximum absorption of nutrients. Apply Herbal Bath Powder paste (available separately) and massage over the entire body. Scrub and rinse with water until the mixture is washed off completely.
This is a complete bath in itself, and there is no need to apply soap, shampoo, or conditioner. Use this bath oil twice a week for best results.
