Cheese made fresh on order from Desi cow A2 milk of Gir, Sahiwal and Tharparkar cows. Buttermilk or whey water is used to curdle the milk.
Ingredients : Cheese (made from Desi cow A2 milk andRock salt only).
This cheese is made without rennet. Refrigerate (do not deep freeze) and consume within 4 days of manufacturing date. Expect this cheese to be slightly salty as rock salt is added and would not stretch as much as mozzarella cheese available in the market.
