- USE OF THE PRODUCT: Khatti -Meethi Sonth Chutney can be used as a spread and a cooking ingredient. This can be served as an accompaniment along with serving samosa, pakora and popular chat snacks or with any other breakfast items. Especially used for Panipuri and Dahi- Bhalla.
- INGREDIENTS: We have used sugar, dry mango, muskmelon, Rock Salt salt, Black Salt, cumin, Red chilies, cardamom seeds, black pepper & dry ginger.
- BENEFITS: This chutney masala is good for health and nutritional benefits with no chemicals, additives and preservatives added to it.
- STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Keep this Khatti Meethi Sonth Powder in a cool and dry place. To keep the contents fresh and retain maximum flavor, once opened transfer the contents in an airtight container or keep the contents tied and packet closed.
How to Prepare Sonth ( Khatti Meethi Chutney) -
Take one portion of Chutney Powder and add two portion of Water in a Bowl , mix well to ensure there is no granules in the mix.
Keep the bowl/pan in medium flame for 8-10 min , stir occasionally to avoid any hardening of the mix.
Keep aside to cool down add sugar / gud/ jaggery for more sweetness .
