Baidyanath Triphala Ghrit is an Ayurvedic health supplement. Triphala ghrit or ghee is also used in Panchakarma. Traditionally the ghrit is also used as an eye tonic.
Ingredients :
Baidyanath Triphala Ghrit is a combination of three fruits,Â
Sariva- Creeper
Haridra- Turmeric
Haritaki- Myrobalan
Chandan- Sandalwood
Amla- Indian gooseberryÂ
Yashtimadhu- Licorice root
Bibhitaki- Belliric myrobalanÂ
Dose :
Baidyanath Triphala Ghrit should be consumed after consulting an Ayurvedic physician. Generally, the below steps are followed to have the supplement.
Take the supplement once and twice a dayÂ
Have quarter to half tablespoon tonic a day
Mix the ghee with water before consumption
Might be mixed with Triphala churna for effective results
Can be also used externally in the Ayurvedic eye procedure, Tarpana
