How to use:
Baidyanath Haridra Khand should be consumed after consulting an Ayurvedic physician. Generally, the below steps are followed to have the supplement.
Take the churna twice a day
Have it before or after meals
Adults may have 5-10gm churna per day
Take it along with warm water, milk and honey
Children below 5 years of age can have 1-2gm churna per dayÂ
Children between 5-12 years may have 5gm churna per day
