Roopak Punjabi Choley Masala Powder 100 gm 500 gm Ingredients Red Chillies Black Pepper Cumin CardamomSeeds Nutmeg Black Cumin Cinnamon Dry Ginger Mace Cloves Directions Soak 1 cup rice for 30 minutes in water. Fry 1 sliced onions in 2 tbsp oil till golden brown. Add 1 chopped tomato amp fry for 1 min. Add 2 tsp Roopak pulao Rice Masala amp salt according to taste. Add 2cup semi boiled mixed vegetables amp saute for 1 minAdd 2 cups of water ampallow to boil.
