Roopak Khatte Aloo Masala Powder 100Gm IngredientsCoriander Mango Powder Chillies Dry Pomegranate seeds Salt Mint Leaves fenugreek Leaves Cloves Black Cumin Cumin Mace Black Pepper Cinnamon Cardamom Seeds Dry Ginger Aromatic SpicesDirections Mix four teaspoon Roopak Khatte Aloo Ka Masala in half cup of water. Stir fry 300gms 4 medium size boiled potato pieces in three tbsp oilghee for few minutes. Add masala paste to the potatoesmix well and immediately remove from flame .
