Roopak Hot Curry Powder 100GmIngredientsCoriander Red Chillies Cumin Fenugreek Turmeric Black pepper Cardamom seeds Cloves Nutmeg Mace Ginger powder Iodised salt onion powder garlic powderDirections Rub 2 tsp of ginger garlic paste on 500 gm chicken. Keep for 15 minutes. In a medium sized pan sauté 6 medium sized chopped onions in 5 tbsp. oil till light brown. Add chicken pieces amp stir fry for 2 minutes. Add 30 gm of Roopak Hot Curry Powder amp cook for a minute. Add 1 cup fresh coconut milk amp bring the contents to boil.
