Directions For Use:
For adults: 15-20 drops 3 times a day in water or as directed by the expert. Also can be applied externally
In dry skin conditions: mix about 20 drops in oil-based cream or Vaseline and apply to affected areas
In profuse skin conditions: mix about 20 drops in cream base only or directly with a cotton dab on affected areas
