Add grinded paste of ginger and green chillies according to taste. Leave for 15 minutes. Prior to preparing stir the batter thoroughly. Place a plate on the stand kept in the vessel filled with boiling water. Cover the vessel and allow to steam cook for 15 minutes. Take 25 gm of oil and heat in a small pan. Add sesame seeds til and mustard seeds and pour on cooked dhokla. Cut the Dhokla into small pieces and sprinkle coriander leaves.
