Make the much loved idli as soft as you want them to be with Ajmi idli podi.
Ingredients: Rice, Black Gram, Yeast.
Method of Preparation
- Take 500gm of Ajmi FreshMade Idli podi in a bowl of sufficient depth. Pour 250ml of lukewarm water and knead well-adding salt to taste.
- Pour 500ml of lukewarm water to make the batter loose. set aside for 10-12 hours.
- the batter is ready to make tasty idlis in idli vessels.
