With the right ingredients ideally mixed, cooking crisp dosas with Ajmi dosa podi is easy and simple.
Ingredients: rice, black gram, yeast.
Method of preparation
- Take 500gm of Ajmi FreshMade dosa podi in a bowl of sufficient depth. Pour 250ml of lukewarm water and knead well-adding salt to taste.
- Pour 500ml of lukewarm water to make the batter loose. set aside for 10-12 hours.
- Prepare tasty dosas on dosa pan/hot griddle.
