Borax- 10gm
Black pepper- 10gm
Purging croton- 10gm
Purified sulfur- 10gm
Purified mercury- 10gm
Dose
Baidyanath Icchabhedi Ras should be consumed after consulting a physician. Generally, the below steps are followed to have this herbal supplement.
Have 250gm of the powder a day
Have this before or after meals
Mix with cold water and drink the solution
Do not skip meals and have food at regular intervals
Users should consume rice with buttermilk during taking this supplement.
Users should avoid spicy, pungent food. They should opt for cooling food.
