Mix both dals and keep soaked in water for 30 minutes. Add drumsticks bottle gourd pumpkin and boil. Add BAPS Amrut Chilli powder and salt according to taste. Take 50 g of oil ghee in a separate pan add mustard seeds and tej patta and allow to crackle. Temper the boiled dal mixture with the same. Add tamarind paste as per taste and cook. Now add 2 spoons of BAPS Amrut Sambhar Masala and cook further for 15 minutes. Cover with lid and leave for 5 minutes.
